i m no expert in lighting or rendering, but maybe if you dirty it up a bit, the floor the wall, add splashes of bloods, or something to give it character. could be just me though, over all i think it came out pretty good, have you try Vray?? that is great for rendering stuff like this . but i think it is only for Max though.
